The fall will soon be upon us and we want to take advantage of  one of the most scenic times of the year and we are taking advantage of it with lots of travel.

•Tuesday-Wednesday: A scenic  Mississippi cruise on the Celebration  Belle will feature Barefoot Becky and the Ivanhoe Band in an Oktoberfest celebration. We will explore Dubuque, Iowa, on a city tour including  the Arbortum and Botanical Gardens, with lodging in Dubuque.  Day two will have us dinning at the highest point in Iowa in Balltown, with a population of around 46.  Balltown, is mostly made up of at least seven generations of one  family who continues to offer meals home style.

This trip will depart at 7 a.m. from Walmart parking lot. Return time will be about 6 p.m.

• Sept. 24-Oct. 7: Plans for our fall New England Tour are in full swing.
