A 21-year-old was hurt in a two-crash on Highway 56 in Mower County Tuesday.
Lora E. Mesch sustained non-life threatening injuries when her 1998 Honda Accord rear-ended a 1997 Ford Super Cab Pickup driven by Adria A. Vargas, 36, of Brownsdale after Vargas had slowed for slow-moving farm equipment around 4:42 p.m., according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
Hayfield Ambulance transported Mesch to Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin, and the Mower County Sheriff Office assisted on the scene. Vargas was not injured.
