Get ready for steak.

The Izaak Walton League will host a steak cookout fundraiser at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 7 at the Izaak Walton Cabin in Todd Park.

Steak cookouts are the main fundraising events for the Austin Chapter of the Izaak Walton League. The menu includes a 10 ounce Sirloin steak, baked potato, coleslaw, bun, and fresh veggies.

The event is open to the public, and tickets are $12 and are available at the door or by contacting an Ike member.

Austin Chapter 10 of the Izaak Walton League is a non-profit conservation organization whose mission is to conserve, maintain, protect, and restore all soil, waters, wildlife, and other natural resources.
