Four spring trips are available to the Austin community through Community Education. The planning and travel are all taken care of for you. Just grab your friends, register and jump on the bus with us. We will make sure you have an enjoyable experience without any hassles.

Spring into Spring (Trip is Friday, March 18 – registration deadline March 4): This trip will take away the winter blahs. Join us on our annual trip to the Spring Flower Shows at Bachman’s and Macy’s combined with fun boutique shopping.

Mystery Café: Let’s Kill the Boss (Trip is Friday, April 8 – registration deadline is February 8): This interactive mystery dinner theater is a fun evening full of suspense, drama and humor.

Minnehaha Mile with a Side of Canterbury (Trip is Friday, April 22 – registration deadline is April 8): Find your special treasures at Tossed and Found and Canterbury Park’s Junk Bonanza. Lots of fun restaurants and coffee shops are available to enjoy on your own as you take a break from bargain hunting.

Mom’s Day Off (Trip is Friday, May 6 – registration deadline is April 29): Calling all moms, girlfriends, daughters and other women that want to enjoy a day of spring gardens, greenhouses, lunch and outlet shopping.

For more adventuresome people, Austin Community Education has teamed up with White Bear Lake Community Education and Premier World Discovery to plan three extended trips. California Rail Discovery, Great Train & Grand Canyon and Best of Italy are multi-day trips out of state. We are sponsoring a free travel show and informational meeting about these extended trips on Thursday, Feb. 2 at 6 p.m. Attending the travel show is informational only and not a commitment to take a trip.

Whether you like to explore close to home or far away, Austin Community Education makes your experiences fun, affordable and hassle free. Check out all our Community Education classes and activities at http://austin.revtrak.net. We hope to see you in class or on the bus this spring.
