The LeRoy-Ostrander boys basketball team beat Glenville-Emmons (6-13 overall, 5-9 SEC) 56-50 in LeRoy Thursday.

Trey Hungerholt hit a three-pointer to put the Cardinals (4-14 overall, 4-9 SEC) by two points with 1:30 left in the game and LO was able to hold off the Wolverines the rest of the way.

“It was a very good defensive effort for us,” LO head coach Trevor Carrier said.
