The Austin wrestling team finished in ninth place out of 16 teams at the South Saint Paul Invite Saturday.

Aiden Wilson took second at 138 poounds and Gavin Brady took third place for the Packers.

“Another strong performance and good tournament for Aiden. Aiden wrestles to the whistle and continues to constantly look for opportunities to score,” Austin head coach Jer Osgood said. “Gavin Brady finished in third place. Gavin wrestled well today. He is getting better at staying in good position and pushing the pace of his matches.”

Tad Belden took fifth place for the Packers.
