ST. PAUL — Three teens, including a 14-year-old, are pleading not guilty to charges of rioting following a fight at their St. Paul high school.
Police used pepper spray to control one of the students at Central High School last week. A 16-year-old and a 17-year-old student are also charged in juvenile court. All three are males.
Administrators learned the fight was planned and shared on social media.
