The Lyle-Pacelli girls basketball team beat Mabel-Canton (11-13 overall, 9-8 SEC) 70-35 on the road Friday.

Sarah Holtz had 21 points and eight rebounds for the Athletics (21-3 overall, 16-0 SEC) and Courtney Walter had nine points and four assists.

“We’re really playing well,” LP head coach Justin Morris said. “We’re moving the basketball extremely well and we’re shooting well. Our kids are playing hard and working hard.”
