ST. PAUL — The city of St. Paul will look into regulating short-term rental companies following a vote by the City Council.
The Star Tribune reports the council voted Wednesday to have city staff look into whether procedures by companies such as Airbnb fit with city rules and if city codes ensure landlords, neighbors and renters are protected.
