Electronics and five baseball hats were taken from a home between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
Officers responded to the 1000 block of Eighth Avenue Northwest to a burglary report Wednesday. A 55-inch flatscreen ultra high-definition TV, valued at $1,000; a DVD player with five speakers, valued at $400; and five baseball hats, valued at $175 were taken from the home, according to Police Chief Brian Krueger.
There was a bent knife on the armrest of the living room couch, which appears to have been used to get the TV off of the wall mount.
The owner said the house was locked and there were no signs of forced entry. There are no suspects at this time.
