The Masons and Minnesota Masonic Charities were proud to support the students as they worked to achieve their goals.

The robotics’ teams held several fundraisers to raise $21,400 for the trips, including at Pizza Ranch, the pancake breakfast, Hy-Vee roundup, concessions for games, and spoke with business owners face to face.

“We’ve done a good job raising funds,” I.J. Holton robotics coach and teacher Kaylene Jensen said.

The teams were about $600 short, but raised most of the funds when they found out they were going to the competitions starting Feb. 1.
