Four area athletes competed at the Hamline Elite track and field meet in St. Paul Friday.

Austin senior Madison Overby re-set her own school record in the 1600-meter run as she took ninth place. Overby’s time on Friday was a 5:09.58. Bethany Hanz of Alexandria won the 1600-meter run with a time of 4:51.91.

Austin junior Jany Gash took sixth in the triple jump with a distance of 43-3. Christopher Udalla of Elk River won the triple jump with a 45-5.

Austin junior Amber Hansen took 12th in the shot put with a distance of 35 feet, 8 inches. Nicole Fautsch of Rochester John Marshall won won the meet with a 46-3.

Lyle-Pacelli’s Sarah Holtz finished sixth in the high jump with a height of 5-2. Ashley Ramacher of Eden Prairie won the high jump with a height of 5-7.
