Beverly J. Adams, 82, of Stacyville, died Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at Mitchell County Regional Health Center Hospice Unit in Osage.

Beverly was born Jan. 23, 1934, on the family farm near Bruce, South Dakota, the daughter of Frank and Elizabeth (Overocker) Krulish. She attended schools in Austin, Minnesota, graduating from Austin High School. Beverly married Marvin Adams on Nov. 12, 1955, at Visitation Catholic Church in Stacyville. She was a homemaker and worked at the Stacyville Nursing Home as a CNA for 12 years. Beverly was a member of Visitation Catholic Church where she was a member of the Christian Women. She was also a member of Stacyville Women’s Bowling League. Beverly loved to sew and did sewing for others. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and working with crafts, and most of all, spending time with family during the holidays.

Beverly is survived by her husband, Marvin Adams of Stacyville; her children, Jeff Adams of Stacyville, Tony (Kara) Adams of Osage, Doug Adams and fiancée, Charlene Mostek of Stacyville, Donna (Todd) Ott  of Rockford; grandchildren, Scott Adams, Cody Adams, Holly Adams and friend, Tim Gower, Josh (Julie) Adams, Emily Ott, Lindsay Ott and Courtney Ott.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers and three sisters.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2016, at the Visitation Catholic Church in Stacyville with Father Raymond Burkle officiating. Burial will be at the Visitation Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Visitation Catholic Church in Stacyville with a rosary at 5:30 p.m.
