ST. PAUL — A driver accused in a hit-and-run crash in St. Paul that put a woman in a coma has pleaded guilty to criminal charges.
Thirty-year-old Danielle Dennay Sivels entered the plea to one count of criminal vehicular operation of a vehicle. KARE-TV reports two other charges were dropped.
