Starting on July 27, the Cedars of Austin will offer a new farm-to-market vendors geared towards seniors in the community. It will be held in their East Side Parking Lot, 700 First Dr. NW, from 3 to 6 p.m.

“We want to give our senior community more options,” co-organizer Leslie Kuiper said.

Cedars Market will host a variety of local vendors and products, like flavored popcorn, house plants, farm-fresh eggs, homemade soap, and baked goods, among other things.

“It’s not just a farmer’s market,” Kuiper said.

The market will occur every Wednesday through Sept. 21, with the exception of Aug. 10.
