Senior center available for special occassions

Recently, it was brought to my attention that the community didn’t know that we have space available for rent at the Mower County Senior Center.
If you are having a family function, Christmas party, class reunion, baptism or a work meeting we have space for you. Our dining room holds up to 300 people and has a stage, sound equipment, screen, projector and lots of tables and chairs.
We have smaller rooms available that hold 45 and a board room for up to 20 people. If you are a member of the senior center we offer a great discount on your rental. We also have a liquor license and a portable bar. For more information or to book your room contact Teresa Bartholomew at 507-481-3332. Hope to see you here.
We look forward to seeing you at our many programs at the senior center. Don’t forget our coffee shop where every day you can have homemade soup for $1 and sandwich for 50 cents. Tuesday we are having scalloped potatoes and ham for only $2. You are always welcome at the center. See you here!
