The Mower County Senior Center is having our second round of AMP programming.
We are offering a 10-week health and wellness package to residents 55 and over starting at 2 p.m. on Wednesdays, starting Sept. 7. The program is called the Aging Mastery Program. It was developed by the National Council on Aging (NCOA).
