Cross country: Austin’s Lewis takes fourth in Rochester Mayo Invite

The Austin girls took 15th and the Packer boys finished in 18th place at the 26-team Rochester Mayo Invite Thursday.
Abby Lewis took fourth for the Packer girls and Henry Hinchcliffe took 37th for the Packer boys. Hinchcliffe was in the top 20 with one mile life, but he was slowed down by side cramps.
“Abby had a fantastic race in a very tough race,” Austin head coach Tony Einertson said. “Abby stayed consistent throughout the race running very even splits.”
