The Austin girls swimming and diving team beat Albert Lea 95-80 in Bud Higgins Pool Thursday.

Kristina Thorson took first in the 200-yard and 500-yard freestyles for Austin, Abby Gogolewski won the 50-yard freestyle, Jori Johnson took first in diving, Shannan Kelly won the 100-yard butterfly and Emma Kleis won the 100-yard backstroke.

The Austin 200-yard medley really team of Kleis, Zoe Dolan-Peterson, Kelly and Gogolewski took first, the 200-yard freestyle relay team of Kleis, Kelly, Thorson and Gogolewski took first, and the 400-yard freestyle relay team of Hanna Thompson, Sierra Leichtnam, Kyla Cummings and Elora Hughes took first.
