The Hayfield football team had a rough third quarter as it lost 48-6 to Rushford-Peterson in Rushford Friday.

The Trojans (4-0 overall) tallied 22 points in the third quarter after Gunner Scott had scored a touchdown to pull the Vikings (2-2 overall) within 20-6 in the second quarter.
