The No. 5 ranked Austin boys soccer team started a busy week with its seventh straight shutout win when it blanked Red Wing (3-9-1 overall, 0-8-1 Big Nine) 6-0 on the road Monday.

The Packers (12-1 overall, 7-1 Big Nine), who have three more games this week, led 6-0 at halftime.

Abel Gebrekiros had three goals to get a first half hat trick, and Lonyjera Okal, Victor Velazquez and Mooday Wah all had one goal for Austin.

Austin has now outscored its last seven opponents by a combined score of 32-0.

Austin will play at Owatonna 7 p.m. Tuesday.
