Nov. 21-Dec. 4: Dolan’s Landscape Center-Porch Pots WOW! 10-6 p.m. Let the experts assist in designing that perfect evergreen container. Use you container or one of ours. We will assist you in arranging it with our beautiful fresh greens. Check our ideas on Facebook.
Nov. 23: VFW Club-Paint the Town Pink Fundraiser, 8 p.m. Enjoy the music of Cosmic while supporting this great cause!
Nov. 25: Home Country Connections, LLC-Open House, 8 a.m. -7:30 p.m. Enjoy apple cider, hot chocolate and treats! Satellite Dish Heater Sale. Ten percent off Android movie boxes.
Nov. 26: Dolan’s Landscape Center-Holiday Open House, 9-4 p.m. Find a great selection of fresh trees, wreaths, roping, greens and other holiday must haves. Refreshments served. Sign up for door prizes.
Nov. 28-Dec. 10: Austin Tire and Service-Toy Drive, Drop off your unwrapped toy and receive a voucher for a free oil change.
Dec. 2: U.S. Bank-Holiday Open House, 9-5 p.m. Stop in for holiday treats and enter your name for a drawing to win Chamber Bucks! We’ll also have a children’s art table!
Dec. 3: Merry Tuba Christmas at the Historic Paramount Theatre, 2:30 p.m. Sponsored by Discover Austin and Austin Parks and Recreation. Annual holiday music concert performed by tubas, sousaphones, euphoniums and bass. Players of all ages and levels of experience are invited to participate. Concert is free-singing along is encouraged. $10 registration for players.
Dec. 3: Holiday Open House and Indoor Used Car Sale, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Holiday Dodge Chrysler Jeep I-90 and West Oakland Ave. Be entertained by the Holiday sounds of the Austin Big Band, and Johnny Ulland, Piano Man. Enjoy Hormel Hot Dogs and take advantage of the best used car prices of the year with over 150 used vehicles specially priced and indoors. Petting Zoo, Jim Jayes Magic, Prizes and a “Special” appearance from Santa.
Dec. 6: First Farmers and Merchants-Christmas Open House, 9-4 p.m. Join us for hot apple cider, coffee, sandwiches and bars.
Dec. 7: St. Mark’s Living-Holiday Craft Fair/Festival of Trees, 10-3 p.m. Join us for this annual event! Local crafters, affordable lunch, tour our building to see all the beautifully decorated trees on display.
Dec. 8: Community Learning Center-Santa Workshop, 912 First Ave. NE, sponsored by Early Childhood Family Education. 5-7 p.m. An evening of fun for families with children birth-age 8. The event includes music, art projects, book fair, food and lots of fun. Santa is also available for family photos.
Dec. 9: Accentra Credit Union Holiday Open House, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Join Accentra as we celebrate the season with holiday refreshments, games and prizes.
Dec. 10: YMCA of Austin-Santa at the Y, 6-8:30 p.m. Pictures with Santa, holiday crafts, bounce house, pizza, cookie decorating, pool inflatables and gymnastic gym. Free to members, $20 non-member families.
Dec. 15: Home Federal Savings Bank-Holiday Open House, 9-3 p.m. Enjoy coffee, apple cider, holiday cookies and holiday cheer!
Dec. 17: Hormel Historic Home-Big Band Holiday Swing, 4:30-6:30 p.m. Extend your “Christmas at Home” music experience by attending a Big Band performance. Snacks and dance instructions included. $12 per person to support the HHH.
Dec. 22: Primrose Retirement Community, Cookies, Crafts and Christmas Cheer, 5:30-7:30 p.m. Children can enjoy cookie decorating, ornament creating and refreshments.
