Cotillion Dance Club

On Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016, the Cotillion Dance Club enjoyed an evening of dinner and dancing at the Austin Country Club.

The Peter Jacobs Combo provided a variety of music for listening and dancing.

The committee who planned the evening is pictured, from left: Madelon Collette, Sue Radloff, Ron and Alice Anderson, Chairman, and Ruth White. Committee members not pictured were David and Sally Arrindell.  We were happy to receive Katie Hunderdosse as a guest.

Duplicate Bridge

Tuesday, Nov. 1, six tables played at the Mower County Senior Center. First place, Barb Engebretson and Orrin Roisen; second place, Gail Nelson and Sue Mann; third place, Gail and Ray Schmidt; fourth place, John Liesen and Rick Stroup; fifth place, Vandy Newman and Bud Higgins; sixth place, Edna Knobbe and Kathy Liesen.

Wednesday, Nov. 2, four tables played. First place, Dave Ring and Orrin Roisen; second place, Eunice Michaelis and Warren Behrends; third place, Vandy Newman and Ron Peters; fourth place, Larry Crowe and Jim Fisher.

Players were from Austin, Albert Lea, Adams and Rose Creek. All bridge players are encouraged to join us at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and noon on Wednesdays.
