The Blooming Prairie girls basketball team lost to defending state champion Goodhue (4-1 overall) by a score of 76-29 in BP Tuesday.

BP (1-2 overall) shot just 20 percent from the field and it committed 40 turnovers in the loss.

“We learned some things about our team and we will continue to get better from here,” BP head coach John Bruns said.
