The Hayfield boys basketball team beat Cannon Falls (2-4 overall, 2-2 HVL) 54-44 on the road Thursday.

Trace Tebay paced the Vikings (4-3 overall, 3-1 HVL) with 14 points.

Hayfield will play Chatfield in the HVL-Three Rivers Showdown in Mayo Civic Center 5:45 p.m. Friday.
