Boys basketball: Athletics can’t hang on against Rockets

The Lyle-Pacelli boys basketball team had a second half lead slip away as it lost 44-32 to Randolph (8-5 overall, 5-1 SEC).
Trinity Anderson had 18 points for LP, but the Athletics (5-7 overall, 3-6 SEC) couldn’t find a way to produce points down the stretch.
“The last six or eight minutes have probably cost us four games so far. We just don’t have go to guys down the stretch and it kills us,” LP head coach Scott Koenigs said.
