Eugene Clifford Chrz, 73

Eugene Clifford Chrz, 73, of Lakeville, Minnesota, passed away Jan. 4, 2017.

He is survived by his children, Tom (Amber) Chrz, and Jill (Mike) Culver; grandchildren, Nikki and Levon; sister, Darlene (Clarence) Henderson; one niece and several nephews. He was preceded in death by wife, Diana Chrz; and his parents, Clifford and Josephine Chrz. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 9 at the White Funeral Home, 14560 Pennock Ave., Apple Valley, Minnesota, with a visitation one hour prior to service. Interment will be at Lebanon Cemetery, Apple Valley.
