The Southland softball team picked up its first win of the season when it beat Fillmore Central (0-4 overall, 0-4 Three Rivers) 6-5 on the road Friday.

Taylor Bhend allowed just three earned runs to get the win for the Rebels (1-6 overall, 1-6 Three Rivers) and Ramsey Gilson had a triple and two RBIs.
