Insurance experience not required – we provide exceptional training! A successful USS enjoys learning new information, multi-tasks effectively, sets goals, and adapts positively to change. Underwriting Support Specialist Qualified candidates will possess:
• A two-year degree or equivalent experience in a general
business environment.
• Strong computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office,
and ability to navigate several systems.
• The aptitude to learn in a classroom training environment.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• A proven track record of being a problem solver who takes
initiative and works well in a team environment.
• Solid attention to detail and accurate task completion.
If hired, you will attend a 4-month (on-site) training class at Federated starting on June 12, 2017. Training hours are 7:00 – 3:30 Monday – Friday. Federated Insurance has been serving businesses and families for more than 110 years. We offer competitive starting pay for this position of $17.80/hour.
