—Angelina Marie Barnes, 44, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term on one year for gross misdemeanor receiving stolen property. She received a concurrent sentence of five years of probation for fifth-degree felony drug possession. She must follow several conditions and perform 40 hours of community service.
—William Henry Bergstrom, 33, of Adams was sentenced to five years of probation for fifth-degree drug possession of not a small amount of marijuana. He was also sentenced to 33 days in jail for gross misdemeanor driving without proof of insurance with two or more priors. He must follow several conditions, perform 10 days of community service and pay $135 in fines. He received credit for 33 days served.
—Jesse Allan Bolen, 40, of Stewartville was sentenced to one day in jail for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. He must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. He received credit for one day served
—Corina Garay Flores, 53, of Austin was sentenced to 91 days in jail for gross misdemeanor fourth-degree physical assault of a peace officer. She must pay $85 in fines. She received credit for 73 days served.
—Jordan David Flugum, 21, of Austin was sentenced to four years and five months in prison for felony second-degree manslaughter – culpable negligence creating unreasonable risk. He must pay $13,660.82 in fines.
—Christopher Malcolm, 47, of Rochester was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI – refusal to submit to a chemical test. He must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines.
—Dominic David Ozuna, 34, of Austin was sentenced to 91 days in jail for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license. The sentence is concurrent with a prison sentence.
—Jesus Detomas Perales, 37, of Austin was sentenced to four years and three months in prison for felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim under 13.
—Rogelio Rodriguez-Sanchez, 73, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed prison term of one year and five months for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must serve five year of probation, follow several conditions, perform 40 hours of community service and pay $3,085 in fines.
—Melissa Kay Root, 47, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of one year for gross misdemeanor DWI – operating a motor vehicle under a controlled substance. She must spend 30 days in jail, serve three years of probation, follow several conditions, perform 100 hours of community service and pay $85 in fines. She received credit for nine days served.
—Kelsey Lynn Starman, 22, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI. She must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines.
—Lacey Ann Sutter, 29, of Wells was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She was also sentenced to two days in jail for gross misdemeanor driving without insurance with two or more priors. She must follow several conditions, perform 40 hours of community service and pay $508 in fines. She received credit for two days served.
—Washington Zinnah, 27, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed prison term of one year and one day for felony fourth-degree assault – throwing/transferring bodily fluids at or onto a peace officer. He must spend 96 days in jail, serve three years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $185 in fines. He received credit for 96 days served.
