A Mower County Jail inmate will be sent to the Minnesota Correctional Facility in St. Cloud for violating his probation.
David Michael Mattson-Fuller, 19, of Austin received an amended sentence of 15 months in prison for felony third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm and a concurrent amended sentence of 12 months and one day in prison for felony theft on Wednesday in Mower County District Court. He received credit for 184 days served for the assault conviction and 270 days for the theft conviction.
Last week, Mattson-Fuller was sentenced to 90 days in jail and five years of probation for felony terroristic threats and was recently charged for allegedly assaulting another inmate at the Mower County Jail. He was already on probation for the assault and theft convictions when those incidents occurred.
