At noon on Friday, Primrose will be sponsoring a free dinner with entertainment by the group Heavners at the Mower County Senior Center in honor of National Senior Citizens Day.
There will be a free will offering taken at the door. The meal will be mixed green salad with bruschetta bread, your choice of chicken or cod, baby red potatoes, roasted zucchini and yellow squash and dessert.
The cutoff will be 100 people so call for your reservation today. To reserve your seat stop by the front desk of the Senior Center or call 1-507-433-2370.
Unfortunately, this month there will be no presentation from the Mower County Historical Society. For those of you who planned on attending this is a reminder. You are still welcome always, at the senior center.
You may not be old now, but if you’re lucky, one day you will be. We look forward to seeing you at our many programs at the senior center.
Don’t forget our coffee shop where every day you can have homemade soup for $1 and sandwich for 50 cents. Don’t forget Tuesday is hotdish day. We are having chicken and rice hotdish for only $2. You are always welcome at the center.
