Austin’s Port Authority will begin a special meeting at 4:30 p.m. in City Hall’s Council Chambers on Wednesday to approve renovation on two downtown storefronts and All Fur Dogs construction plans.

Andy Gray of Austin Area Dog Training  plans to build a 9,100-square-foot dog daycare called All Fur Dogs on Fourth Street Northwest, across the street from Dolan’s Landscape Center.

Gray also said he hopes to have the facility open by the end of the year.
