Mayo offers non-traditional student scholarships

Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea and Austin will award four, $1,000 scholarships to non-traditional students in its service area.
To be eligible, students must live within Albert Lea and Austin service areas and pursue education in healthcare.
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of leadership, commitment, character and academic ability. Scholarship information and applications are available atwww.mayoclinichealthsystem.org under locations, choose Albert Lea or Austin, and click online services and then scholarships.
Applications should be returned to Kari Hall, Volunteer Coordinator, Mayo Clinic Health System, 1000 First Dr. NW, Austin, MN 55912 by Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017.
Applications will be reviewed by the scholarship committee. Those receiving scholarships will be notified by Dec. 12, 2017.
