VENTURA FOODS, LLC, a rapidly growing oil processor and manufacturer of margarines located in southern Minnesota, has an excellent opportunity for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our operation located in the Jobs Industrial Park in Albert Lea.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and administration of quality and food safety programs at this facility. This will include executing internal audit procedures, schedules, and programs for achieving audit objectives related to regulatory compliance and operational auditing. Individual will work closely with management and production staff while supervising and coordinating the activities of 2nd shift technicians engaged in performing quality assurance services and providing guidance or training as needed.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in food science or related science degree and have excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills. Must be able to work independently, successfully prioritize multiple tasks, and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment. Two years of supervisory experience in a food/dairy environment preferred but not required. Experience with USDA, and GMPs desirable.
