Assistant Street Superintendent

The City of Austin is accepting applications for an assistant street superintendent.

This salaried, exempt position that performs supervisory, administrative, skilled and technical maintenance work in the planning, construction, operation, repair, maintenance and replacement of city streets and related city facilities and systems.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid state driver’s license plus 4 years experience relating to the construction, repair and maintenance of streets, or storm drainage systems. Previous supervisory experience a plus, but not required.
