Bruins continue to roll; Austin nips Coulee Region for second straight night, hold 5-game win streak

The Austin Bruins must really have liked Thanksgiving this year as they continue to feast on opponents.
Saturday night they recorded their fifth-straight win and seventh win in eight games, sweeping Coulee Region for the weekend, 1-0.
The night before, in Riverside Arena, the Bruins blitzed the Chill for five goals, but Saturday night it came down to just one goal for both teams. Evan Cholak scored his seventh goal of the year at 12:07 of the third with Travis Kothenbeutel serving up his 14 assist of the year.
On the other end Alex Schilling recorded the shutout, stopping all 28 of the Chill’s shots.
