Convictions: Nov. 12-19

— Bryan Douglas Battin, 51, of Mapleview, was sentenced to five years probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for fifth degree drug possession. He must perform 40 hours of community service and follow several conditions. On another charge, Battin was sentenced five years probation for receiving stolen property. He must perform 40 hours of community service and meet a list of conditions. He must also pay a $50 fine.

— Semaj Maurice Dow Jr., 20, Lino Lakes, was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle. He must serve 80 hours of community service, meet several conditions, and pay restitution of $437.70. Dow was also sentenced to five years probation on a counterfeit currency charge, a gross misdemeanor, which he will perform 80 hours of community service and meet several conditions. Finally, he was sentenced to 255 days in jail for fourth-degree DWI. He was given credit for time served of 255 days.

— Kim Delane Johnson, 61, of Austin, was sentenced to one year probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for DWI, a gross misdemeanor. Kim must meet several conditions, perform 50 hours of community service, a pay a $110 fee.

— Pablo Alfonso Nunez, 24, Austin, was sentenced to three years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer to four-degree assault/throws/transfer of bodily fluids or feces at or onto a peace officer. He was given a stay of imposition, meaning if he completes probation, his sentence will be dropped from a felony offense to a misdemeanor. He must perform 40 hours of community service and meet several conditions.

— Clifton Dale Robinson, 37, Austin, was sentenced by Judge Kevin Siefken to 365 days in jail for malicious  punishment of a child. He was also sentenced to fifth-degree assault and will serve 30 months in prison.

— Rachel Ann Thomas, 26, Austin, was sentenced by Judge Jeffery Kritzer to 20 years probation for third-degree drug possession, 10 grams or more of cocaine. She was given a stay of imposition and a $50 fine. She was also sentenced to two years probation for third-degree DWI.

— Christina Ann James, 34, Stacyville, Iowa, was sentenced by Judge Kevin Siefken to two years of probation for driving while under the influence. She must meet conditions and pay a $500 fine.
