—James Eric Bigelow, 18, of Elkton was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim aged 13-15, and more than 24 months older (than the victim). He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 15 months in prison. He received credit for 92 days served.
—Joshua Kyle Crews, 25, of Stewartville was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony theft-take/drive a motor vehicle without consent. He must perform 100 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines,
—Matthew James Dingley, 22, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.
—Drew David Meyer, 32, of Rochester received an amended sentence of one year in jail from Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor DWI. He may serve time in the Olmsted County Detention Center at his cost if approved by the Mower County Jail and the Olmsted County Detention Center. The sentence is consecutive with another case. He received credit for 31 days served.
—Samuel Edward Noterman, 24, of Adams was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to do so could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for two days served.
—Jackson S. Thomas, 35, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.
