Blooming Prairie girls basketball team beats USC

The Blooming Prairie girls basketball team beat United South Central (0-3 overall, 0-2 Gopher) 61-29 on the road Tuesday.
Sam Wurst had 16 points and five rebounds for BP (4-1 overall, 3-0 Gopher), Ayren Ingvalson had five points, five rebounds, seven assists and four steals and eighth grader Bobbie Bruns had a career-high 11 points.
“We moved the ball exceptionally well tonight and the shots we got reflected our unselfishness,” BP head coach John Bruns said. “Defensively we got our hands on a lot of balls and forced USC into some tough situations.”
