Lucas John Beck, 35, of Big Lake was sentenced to 29 months in prison by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony violating a domestic abuse no contact order. He received a concurrent sentence from Siefken of 29 months in prison for felony domestic assault. He received a consecutive sentence of 12 months and one day in prison from Siefken for felony violating a domestic abuse no contact order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions.
Bryan Douglas Battin, 51, of Mapleview was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI-refuse to submit to a chemical test. The sentence is concurrent with another case. He must follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 359 days in jail. He received credit for six days served.
Cole Christopher Clapp, 32, of Rochester was sentenced to 180 days in jail by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony first-degree DWI-refuse to submit to a chemical test. He must serve seven years of probation, during which he must spend 30 days in jail each year, follow several conditions, and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 48 months in prison. He received credit for 75 days served.
Steven Michael Corbo, 24, of Lyle was sentenced to seven years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon. He must follow several conditions.
Michael James Lewis, 56, of Austin was sentenced to 30 days in jail by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 335 more days in jail. He received credit for one day served.
Ernest Pitchford, 37, of Austin was sentenced to 44 months in prison by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony third-degree drug sales of a narcotic. He received a concurrent sentence of 39 months in prison from Siefken for felony third-degree drug sales of a narcotic-subsequent offense. He must pay $85 in fines.
Michael James Polk, 45, of Austin was sentenced to 20 years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony third-degree drug possession of three grams or more of heroin. He must perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 21 months in prison.
Ruben Reyes-Vasquez, 27, of Austin was sentenced to three years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for aggravated forgery-utter or possess writing/object. He was also sentenced to three years of probation by Kritzer for another charge of felony aggravated forgery-utter or posses writing/object. He was also sentenced to three years of probation by Kritzer for felony forgery-use false writing-identification.
Mark Edward Smith, 39, of Fairmont was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony theft-taking/using/transferring movable property without consent. He must perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions, and pay $1,563.30 in fines and restitution. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 19 months in prison. He received credit for 197 days served.
Jerome Anthony Watkins, 27, of Austin was sentenced to 30 months in prison by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony domestic assault.
