—Marian Annette Grap, 54, of Brownsdale was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for third-degree DWI – refusal to submit to a breath test. She must follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 90 days in jail. She received credit for two days served.
—Jenssy Fabiola Mejia, 31, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor possession of stolen property. She must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 360 days in jail.
—Raul Eduardo Pena Calidonio, 34, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony terroristic threats. He must follow several conditions and pay $3,635 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 12 months and one day in prison.
