The LeRoy-Ostrander boys basketball team received a lift from its sophomore big man as it beat Lyle-Pacelli 72-61 in Lyle Thursday.
Sophomore Riley Olson poured in a career-high 32 points for the Cardinals (5-1 overall, 3-0 SEC) as much of the team was in foul trouble.
“We had massive foul trouble, but I think it was a coming out party for Riley tonight,” LO head coach Trevor Carrier said. “We knew we he had it in him and we had to go to him a lot tonight.”
Zach Bollingberg led LP (3-3 overall, 1-3 SEC) with 15 points.
