—Charles Andon, 27, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.
—Jarvis Patrick Apland, 36, of Spring Valley was sentenced to three years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. He received a concurrent sentence of two years of probation for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation-bodily harm.
—Christina Aline Brooks-Greenback, 24, of Austin was sentenced to 27 months in prison by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony third-degree sales of a narcotic and pay $85 in fines.
—Miguel Carlos-Gonzales, 29, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony domestic assault by strangulation. He must follow conditions. The probation will only go into effect if the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement releases him.
—Joshua Robert Drabek, 28, of Lino Lakes was sentenced to 24 months in prison by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony check forgery, receiving credit for 176 days served. The sentence is concurrent to other sentences.
—Rachel Marie Kruger, 36, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor DWI. She must perform 200 hours of community service, follow conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 175 days in jail. She received credit for five days served.
—Michael James Lewis, 56, of Austin was sentenced to 30 days in jail by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must serve two years of probation, perform 50 hours of community service, follow conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 335 days in jail. He received credit for one day in jail.
—Pablo Alfonso Nunez, 25, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony terroristic threats. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 18 months in prison. He received a concurrent sentence of three years of probation for felony fourth-degree assault on a peace officer-demonstrable bodily harm and must pay $50 in fines. Failure to do so could result in 13 months in prison.
—Jerry Arthur Salisbury, Jr., 49, of Owatonna was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions.
—Kevin Ray Schmoll, 62, of Taopi was sentenced to 19 months in prison by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He received a concurrent sentence of 365 days in jail from Kritzer for gross misdemeanor first-degree DWI. He received credit for five days served.
—Mal Pauliet Tharjiath, 25, of Austin was sentenced to 20 months in prison by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony escape from custody. He must pay $85 in fines.
—Ma Nae Wah, 26, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $4,529 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.
