Helen Jean Steinblock, 98, of Rice Lake, Wisconsin, formerly of Cameron, Wisconsin, died Sunday, March 11, 2018, at Country Terrace AssistedLiving in Rice Lake.
She was born Jan. 26, 1920, to Robert and Luella (Knapp) Barr at Wykoff, Minnesota. On Nov. 16, 1938, she was married to Almond Steinblock.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents; children, Mary and Edward; two great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; eight siblings; and seven half-siblings. She is survived by her sons, Richard, Ronald and Duane Steinblock; daughter, Carole Ziebell; 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; brother, Dale Barr; sisters, Roberta Stanton and Sandra Raichle; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 18, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1001 West Ave., Rice Lake, Wisconsin, with her grandson, Brian Steinblock of Patterson, New York, officiating. Interment will take place in the spring at Wykoff Cemetery in Wykoff. Arrangements are with Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Homes, Cameron and Dallas.
