TEMPORARY APPRENTICE LINE WORKER (1,000 HOUR)

Freeborn-Mower Cooperative Services (FMCS) is seeking applicants for the position of Temporary Apprentice Line Worker. Two (2) positions are expected to be filled for the May-November construction season. The successful candidate MUST have completed an accredited line worker curriculum from a vocational institution AND possess a valid Minnesota Class A CDL, and medical card. Job duties will include constructing, operating, and maintaining the distribution system under the supervision of a Journeyman Line Worker or Crew Foreman.

FMCS offers competitive salary and a challenging work environment including new technologies. This position requires heavy lifting and outdoor work in all kinds of weather. Upon offer of employment, FMCS will require the accepted applicant pass a physical examination and drug screening.
