The Packers (1-3 overall, 1-3 Big Nine) beat the Wingers 6-1 and they lost to Rochester John Marshall 4-3.

Josh Brehmer, a No. 2 singles player, the No. 2 doubles team of Logan Braaten and Bryar Flanders and the No. 3 doubles team of Ryan Walters and Joey Schammel all went 2-0 on the day for the Packers.

“The JM match was an extremely hard fought match,” Austin head coach Jeff Anderson said. “ We played a really solid team and almost squeaked one out.  Josh Brehmer’s match was a war and he fought through some cramps to pull out the win. Logan and Bryar were able to refocus after a tough first set and come back for their second win of the year.”

On Saturday, the Packers lost 7-0 to Owatonna in an indoor match in Owatonna.
