The general public is invited to attend a concert by the Heritage Singers of Maranatha Baptist University at 6 p.m. on May 23 at Grace Baptist Church in Austin.

The Heritage Singers are an eight member mixed ensemble group that are on a three-month musical tour through 22 states across the Midwest and Deep South.

The group ministers in churches and Christian schools utilizing music and preaching to challenge teens and adults spiritually and promote the ministry of Maranatha Baptist University.

The mission of Maranatha Baptist University, a four-year coeducational institution, is to develop leaders for ministry in the local church and the world “To the Praise of His Glory.”

The concert is free, although a freewill donation is apprectiated.
