Johnson honored for superior service

On Friday evening the Big 9 Conference honored retiring Austin High School choir director Brian Johnson for superior service to his students.
Johnson is retiring after 31 years as choir director at Austin High School.
He accepted his award along with four other distinguished music educators during a ceremony at the Grand Finale concert of the Big Nine Music Festival in Winona.
