Stolen Ohio vehicle found in Austin

A vehicle that was reported stolen out of Ohio was found on Tuesday in Austin.
According to Austin Police Chief Brian Krueger, dispatch received a call from Hertz Rental Car Company in Ohio at 11:59 a.m. on Tuesday regarding a vehicle that had been reported stolen after not being returned after 30 days. The vehicle was a 2017 Toyota with Ohio plate GZP5884. Hertz provided dispatch with several addresses.
The vehicle was later found at an address in the 100 block of First Avenue Southeast, according to Krueger. Police arrested Benjamin Phillip Marx, 30, of Toledo, Ohio, at the residence.
Marx is currently being held at the Mower County Jail on a possible charge of receiving stolen property.
